Localization Project Manager (Health Sciences)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned localization projects and client accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, key accounts, and executive sponsors.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver localized content on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Lead localization project managers, linguists, and other professionals.
• Communicate project progress, resolve issues, and improve the customer experience.
• Prepare account status reports and identify and mitigate risks throughout the localization process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a relevant field.
• More than 3 years of project management experience in communications or health sciences.
• Required experience in localization.
• Credible communication, presentation, influencing, listening, negotiation, and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain attention to detail, and work in a culturally diverse environment.
