Localization Project Manager

Location: Remote; work from anywhere

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end localization program delivery and workflows across multiple projects and customers.
• Oversee SLA performance, deadlines, priorities, and issue resolution.
• Develop resource strategies and maintain resource pipelines.
• Lead and train support staff while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Monitor quality KPIs, manage risks, and enforce production SOPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in localization project management or a related field.
• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
