Localization Project Manager

Location: Argentina (remote)
Working hours: 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm, including an 8-hour workday and 1-hour break

What you will do

• Plan and execute software, marketing, and multimedia localization projects across global markets.
• Own project quality, timelines, budgets, risk management, and delivery communications.
• Serve as the primary client liaison and maintain transparent project communication.
• Coordinate engineers, linguists, publishers, and other cross-functional contributors.
• Prepare project quotes, allocate resources, define success metrics, and provide status reports.
• Collaborate with sales and solutions teams to scope and cost new opportunities while completing project administration accurately.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing localization projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional or military experience.
• Confident cross-cultural communication and experience in a client-facing role.
• Strong organization skills, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented approach to complex workflows.
• Technical comfort with Microsoft Project and project management platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience with translation memory tools or TMS platforms.
• PMP certification or a similar project management credential.
• Fluency in more than one language.
• Experience working with global or multilingual teams.
