Resource Management - Team Lead (Energy)

Location: Malaysia, Selangor, Petaling Jaya; role locations include Singapore, Australia, South Korea, and Thailand. Flexible and hybrid working arrangement.

What you will do

• Develop workforce strategies aligned with outage demand forecasts and maintain regional capacity and availability models.
• Manage Field Service resource allocation across the Asia-Pacific region, optimizing utilization and cross-border deployment.
• Track certifications, competencies, and critical skills, partnering with functional leaders to address capability gaps.
• Support hiring, succession planning, and long-term workforce capability development.
• Monitor utilization and productivity through workforce dashboards and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Lead digital workforce planning initiatives involving resource planning tools, automation, and AI-driven forecasting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, resource management, operations, or field service leadership.
• Understanding of workforce analytics and forecasting.
• Experience with scheduling, capacity planning, and utilization management.
• Leadership experience in a matrix organization.
• Interest in promoting transparency, fairness, and a data-driven planning culture.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake, or other planning systems.
