Sr Business Process Analyst - Logistics & Distribution

What you will do

• Lead regional and global process improvement initiatives across warehouse and logistics operations.
• Review, enhance, and enforce warehouse and logistics work instructions to support regulatory compliance, including MDSAP requirements.
• Provide quantitative and analytical insight into supply chain processes, data capture, process ownership, and compliance.
• Partner with hirify.global Digital Services and Global Operations Analytics on system enhancement deployments and release governance.
• Apply lean methodologies and market best practices to reduce waste and improve supply chain value.
• Own control standards and support audits for warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of warehouse and operations business processes, with experience reducing waste and driving value.
• Proven experience implementing standard business processes in warehouse and logistics environments.
• Experience with end-to-end supply chain operations and collaboration with Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing, and other Operations divisions.
• Good understanding of SAP and other warehouse and operations systems architecture and data inputs.
• Analytical experience with SQL, databases, basic scripting, and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or a related field and at least 5 years of supply chain work experience.

Nice to have

• MBA or Master’s degree in Supply Chain.
• Experience in a medical device company.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification.
