AI Campaign Operations and Localization Manager (AI)

Location: Kirkland, WA, USA or Austin, TX, USA

Salary: $111,000–$159,000 USD annually, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Improve campaign development and localization intake, scraping, and triage through custom Gemini Enterprise agents.
• Manage localization for hirify.global Cloud web and campaign properties with internal teams and external agencies.
• Plan requirements, schedules, budgets, risks, and localization metrics across project life cycles.
• Optimize user experience and site performance using analytics, user behavior research, and strategic goals.
• Establish best practices and communications focused on AI adoption and workflow automation.
• Lead and upskill vendor localization specialists in AI methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in project management, web or digital localization, or product marketing management.
• Experience leading cross-functional, global initiatives and managing localization programs for global web properties and marketing campaigns.
• Experience with process re-engineering, automation, LLMs, API integrations, or enterprise AI platforms.
• Ability to design and deploy custom agents that automate business workflows and solve complex operational issues.
• Experience using AI productivity tools to streamline business or development workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience working with internal and external global teams, including executive stakeholders.
• Familiarity with hirify.global Workspace, Gemini Enterprise, or similar AI ecosystem tools.
• Experience with strategic planning, OKRs, localization strategy, internationalization, and AI-powered translation or content adaptation.
• Ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable team plans and priorities.
