Creative Project Manager (US-based)

Location: Remote within the United States

Total compensation: $85,000–$105,000 USD annually, based on qualifications.

What you will do

• Lead multiple creative projects end-to-end across branding, campaigns, websites, digital experiences, content production, and marketing.
• Run project kickoffs, clarify client objectives, define scope, establish timelines, and create structured workflows.
• Coordinate Creative Directors and multidisciplinary creative and marketing teams, including resource allocation and workload balancing.
• Manage client communications, expectations, feedback cycles, project updates, and issue resolution.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, budgets, dependencies, and risks while maintaining delivery quality and momentum.
• Use AI tools for planning, documentation, reporting, workflow automation, and operational efficiency while retaining human ownership of decisions and quality assurance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant project management experience in creative, branding, marketing, or digital projects within an agency or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end creative workflows across branding, visual communication, digital experiences, marketing campaigns, and content production.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating multiple concurrent projects.
• Ability to translate client objectives into project plans, realistic timelines, and organized execution.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, risk anticipation, problem-solving, client communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication and the ability to work independently in a fully remote US-based role are required. Practical experience using AI tools for project management or workflow automation is also required.
