Sr. Director, Global Content & Product Operations (AI)

Location: US (Remote)

Salary: $260,000.00–$285,000.00 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead and scale Content Operations, Product Content Onboarding, and Translation/Localization teams.
• Re-engineer end-to-end workflows, establish SLAs, remove bottlenecks, and increase global publishing throughput.
• Build data-driven dashboards covering queue velocity, publishing accuracy, team capacity, and unit cost per asset.
• Identify, pilot, and deploy AI-enabled workflows, including LLM-based copy generation, automated translation memory, and intelligent asset tagging.
• Partner with Product and Technology teams to optimize CMS, PIM, and TMS platforms.
• Govern intake, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment across Merchandising, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and the Revenue Office.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Business Operations, Commercial Operations, E-commerce Operations, Operational Strategy, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing high-volume digital production pipelines, including content publishing, product catalog onboarding, or translation operations.
• Hands-on experience identifying, testing, and deploying AI-enabled tools, automation, or machine-translation pipelines in production.
• Experience converting manual processes into streamlined, tool-driven, measurable workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Work authorization and location must align with the US-based remote arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience administering or optimizing enterprise CMS, PIM, or TMS platforms.
• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile certifications or extensive process-improvement experience.
• Experience in operational transformation, AI/automation, or workflow optimization.
