Client Services Representative (HVAC)

Location: Portland, Oregon; onsite Monday through Thursday, with a flexible work location on Fridays

Salary: $44,300.00–$89,424.99 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate the renewal of HVAC service contracts and help maintain and grow the customer base.
• Identify opportunities to expand service, replacement, controls, rental, and digital offerings.
• Prospect for non-agreement customers through cold calls, leads, quick quotes, and lead management.
• Manage time-and-material and quoted-job opportunities, coordinating proposals with the estimating team.
• Develop accurate and timely estimates using input from field and sales teams.
• Create standard work and service cadences that support customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or certificate with two years of work experience preferred.
• Customer service and relationship-building experience is advantageous.
• Strong customer focus, problem solving, initiative, collaboration, adaptability, agility, and results orientation.
• Mathematical aptitude, critical thinking, multitasking, and effective in-person, phone, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work extended hours occasionally when required.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months.
