Risk & Safety Coordinator (Retail)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, Monday through Thursday, with remote work available on Fridays. Travel is less than 5%.

What you will do

• Develop, implement, maintain, and manage General Liability and Store Safety communications and collateral.
• Create, edit, format, review, and approve communications for stores and external partners.
• Advise partners on communication content, timing, audience, and intended impact.
• Research and implement improvements to communication tools, reporting processes, and portal inputs and outputs.
• Participate in project status meetings, update project plans, and audit communication tools for accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor non-claim incident volume, identify incidents for conversion to claims, and support operational improvements.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, monitor activities across business units, and complete projects on time.
• Ability to work at least 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, maintain regular attendance, and comply with company policies and health and safety standards.
• Ability to use a personal computer, communicate effectively, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with leadership and internal partners.

• Previous communications or operations experience.
• Legal or compliance background.
