Work from Home - Pharmacy Tech Support/Call Center Rep (8a-5p ET) - National

Location: 100% remote within the United States; Richmond, VA listed as the role location. Shifts follow ET/EST business hours.

Salary: $18.00 per hour

What you will do

• Serve as the primary call center contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals using an Opus Health program.
• Support requests involving card activation, program eligibility, benefit explanations, and submission rejection troubleshooting.
• Provide first-level support through telephone, email, fax, and other available channels.
• Assess issues, document resolutions, and escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate area.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements to management.
• Work 40 hours per week on an assigned ET/EST shift under moderate supervision.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pharmacy Technician experience required.
• HIPAA certification required.
• Call center experience required; 3+ years preferred.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week during ET/EST business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical claim processing.
• English/Spanish bilingual ability.
