AI & Innovation Manager (GenAI)

Location: USA - Remote; travel to business users up to 25%.

Annual salary: $140K-$170K, plus bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Operationalize the AI and innovation vision by identifying opportunities, dependencies, and initiative sequencing.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of AI platforms, standards, and governance while driving adoption and responsible AI practices.
• Identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI and advanced analytics use cases from concept through production.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to embed AI into core processes, decision-making, and products.
• Manage day-to-day execution of AI and analytics teams, including work assignment, technical quality, and delivery outcomes.
• Mentor practitioners, improve AI literacy, and evaluate emerging tools for scalability, performance, and business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in AI, data science, advanced analytics, or related technology roles with increasing responsibility.
• End-to-end experience delivering AI or analytics solutions with measurable business impact.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, data modeling, modern AI platforms, and emerging AI or GenAI capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead technical work while maintaining governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Experience piloting or implementing GenAI, LLMs, automation tools, and other emerging AI technologies.
• Experience in regulated or quality-driven environments such as healthcare, life sciences, or financial services.
• Experience with AI governance, model risk management, or responsible AI frameworks in an enterprise setting.
