AI Digital Product Sr Manager – Agentic Platform (AI)

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, execution, and evolution of the enterprise agentic AI platform.
• Develop reusable platform capabilities for agent orchestration, memory, tool integration, model routing, identity, observability, deployment, and governance.
• Improve the developer experience through SDKs, APIs, templates, documentation, reference implementations, self-service capabilities, and internal tooling.
• Lead AI initiatives from discovery through enterprise scale while optimizing reliability, scalability, latency, and inference costs.
• Define and track platform health, adoption, developer experience, model quality, reliability, cost efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Partner with engineering, security, privacy, legal, Responsible AI, architecture, data science, and business teams.

Requirements

• Experience leading products, defining roadmaps, and tracking product success.
• Strong technical fluency with cloud-native software platforms and experience collaborating with engineering, AI, platform, architecture, data science, and business stakeholders.
• Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, bachelor’s degree with 8 years, or diploma with 12 years in product, AI, information, or technology systems.
• Preferred: 8+ years of product management or related experience, including 5+ years delivering AI/ML, developer platform, cloud platform, or enterprise software products.
• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, agent orchestration, model serving, AI evaluation, and ML productization.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, APIs, SDKs, microservices, event-driven systems, product analytics, observability, Responsible AI, security, privacy, governance, and compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Databricks, MLflow, OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, AutoGen, or comparable platforms and frameworks.
• Experience presenting product strategy, technical vision, and business outcomes to senior leadership.
• Hands-on experience with experimentation, telemetry, observability, and customer feedback.
