Production Operator II (Manufacturing)

Location: Pensacola, Florida, United States; on-site role

What you will do

• Support manufacturing activities in Pensacola and collaborate with process and production engineers on troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Produce quality products according to standard operating procedures and departmental standards.
• Record production information accurately to maintain product traceability.
• Follow safety policies, including PPE use, lock-out-tag-out procedures, safe equipment operation, and housekeeping standards.
• Work rotating 2/2/3 12-hour shifts from 5:45 p.m. to 6:15 a.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Basic math skills and ability to read and understand written work instructions.
• Ability to use measuring equipment such as rulers and calipers.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, cleanroom operations, ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, or other applicable experience.
• Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand or walk continuously and frequently climb stairs or ladders, with regular squatting, kneeling, reaching, and handling of small objects.

Nice to have

• Experience with chemical material handling.
• Additional manufacturing or ERP systems experience.
