Location: Germantown, Maryland, United States; onsite office and clinic environment

Salary: $23.42–$36.03 per hour

What you will do

  • Provide administrative support for department projects, programs, research, data compilation, and standard reports.
  • Prepare, proofread, and manage confidential correspondence, memos, reports, forms, files, calendars, meetings, and appointments.
  • Maintain databases, online records, invoices, payment documentation, and administrative filing systems.
  • Maintain physician licensure, certifications, liability documentation, curricula vitae, health plan contracts, and hospital appointment applications.
  • Coordinate physician on-call schedules, vacation and time-off records, holiday rotations, and weekly schedule distribution.
  • Process patient chart requests, medical transcription, treatment notes, manuscripts, quality assurance records, and disability forms.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least three years of office administration experience.
  • Strong accuracy and organization when maintaining records, schedules, databases, and documentation.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and perform prolonged sitting, occasional bending, stretching, and lifting of up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to work in an office and clinic environment with frequent contact with staff.

  • Associate degree in business, office administration, or a related field.
