Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (Medtech)

What you will do

• Manage annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning.
• Develop revenue, expense, cash flow, and headcount forecasts; coordinate updates and analyze variances.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, R&D, Clinical, Marketing, G&A, and Corporate leaders on resource allocation, investments, pricing, launches, and expansion.
• Prepare management and executive reporting, KPI dashboards, variance analyses, and materials for the Board of Directors and Audit Committee.
• Build financial models, business cases, scenario analyses, and sensitivity models for strategic initiatives, acquisitions, partnerships, and investments.
• Support close processes, earnings preparation, investor relations, SEC reporting, SOX compliance, audits, and FP&A process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related function.
• Experience with financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and financial modeling.
• Experience partnering with business and functional leaders on financial and operational decisions.
• Experience with financial planning systems and ERP platforms; NetSuite experience is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.

• Experience supporting a publicly traded company and public-company reporting.
• Medical device, healthcare, biotechnology, or life sciences experience.
• MBA, CPA, or another relevant advanced degree or professional certification.
• Experience with Hyperion, Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience supporting commercial organizations and field sales teams.
