Location: Onsite placement at offices in the United States, primarily in Twin Cities, Minnesota; Huntsville, Alabama; or Roseau, Minnesota, with possible placements in Washington, Nevada, Ohio, or South Dakota. Daily commuting to the assigned office is required.
Salary: $21.50–$29.25 per hour in Minnesota and Washington, plus eligibility for overtime.

What you will do
- Complete impactful project-based assignments aligned with business objectives.
- Support manufacturing engineering, sourcing, material flow, and logistics activities.
- Contribute to manufacturing quality, supplier quality, supplier development, and new product introduction initiatives.
- Apply lean manufacturing and project management approaches to operational challenges.
- Develop and present creative solutions through the Intern Innovation Challenge and final presentations.
- Participate in mentorship, professional development, networking, and community engagement activities.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, supply chain management, operations management, or a related field.
- Expected graduation between August 2027 and May 2029, with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
- Available for a full 12-week internship and 40 hours per week during one of the specified 2027 summer date ranges.
- Willing and able to relocate to the assigned U.S. placement location and commute to the office daily.
- Must be a U.S. person and must not require employment sponsorship now or in the future.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.
Nice to have
- Previous internship, co-op, or relevant project experience.
- Study abroad or international internship experience.
- Coursework or experience in business strategy, finance, operations, data analytics tools, or programming languages.
- Experience with case competitions, business simulations, or entrepreneurial ventures.
- Strengths in analysis, creative problem-solving, communication, interpersonal relationships, self-motivation, and leadership.

Hiring process
- Applications are reviewed from August through November, followed by an initial phone screen for shortlisted candidates.
- Selected candidates participate in a virtual panel interview with an HR business partner and functional leader.
- Internship assignments are communicated in February after alignment with candidate interests and business demand.
