Focus on collecting vital signs and medication information, assisting with procedures, maintaining clinical supplies and disinfection standards, and coordinating patient communications across Arlington-area locations.
Location: Arlington, Texas; weekly travel between Arlington, North, Arlington South, and Mansfield. Typical hours are 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday.

What you will do
- Escort patients to exam, physician, and treatment rooms.
- Record vital signs, height, weight, allergies, medication changes, and other patient data before visits.
- Prepare patient records, exam and treatment rooms, supplies, and clinical equipment.
- Assist physicians with examinations and procedures, including delegated subcutaneous and intramuscular injections.
- Maintain room disinfection protocols and support safe oncology clinic operations.
- Handle patient calls, referrals, prescriptions, scheduling updates, chart preparation, reception, and other clerical duties.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least three years of experience as a medical assistant or nursing assistant for Level 2.
- Current BCLS certification required within three months of hire; current CPR certification is required for senior-level roles.
- Certified Medical Assistant credentials and graduation from an accredited medical assistant program are preferred; state-specific certifications may be required.
- Strong communication and time-management skills, teamwork, and willingness to learn new treatments.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, handle and lift patients, and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.

- Phlebotomy experience.
- Bilingual Spanish communication skills.
