What you will do

• Develop and manage relationships with builders, architects, designers, specifiers, and contractors.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
• Drive product specifications and project opportunities for the INNOVA range.
• Manage tenders, RFQs, quotations, and sales enquiries.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines.
• Create project-specific strategies and promote the INNOVA brand across the construction and design industry.

Requirements

• Sales experience in the building and construction industry.
• Strong business development capability with a proven record of growth.
• Experience working with builders, architects, designers, or specifiers.
• Knowledge of construction materials and building processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, organisational, and time management skills.
