IT Analyst Applications (RPA)

Location: Onsite in Xuzhou, Jiangsu, China, five days a week

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and implement scalable RPA solutions using agile techniques.
• Gather requirements and analyze business processes to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Develop reusable automation components and establish RPA development standards and governance.
• Integrate RPA solutions with ERP systems, web and desktop applications, databases, and Microsoft technologies.
• Lead technical reviews, testing, deployment, production support, and root cause analysis.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to developers while promoting continuous improvement.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent experience desired.
• Strong hands-on RPA development experience.
• Knowledge of problem solving, requirements analysis, application design and architecture, system integration, and software testing.
• Ability to design and execute unit, system, user acceptance, and regression testing.
• Effective communication in Chinese and English with global business and technical teams is required.
• Ability to work onsite in Xuzhou, Jiangsu, China five days per week.

Nice to have

• Automation Anywhere development experience; administration experience is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise automation technologies, system integration, and scripting.
• Experience delivering medium to large automation projects through production support.
• Experience with procurement, sourcing, or shared services processes.
