Business Analytics & Digital Manager (AI): Leading the development and implementation of digital solutions, business products, automation capabilities, reporting frameworks, analytics, and performance measurement tools for Consumer Engagement with an accent on scalable platforms, CRM analytics, KPI frameworks, and business visibility. Focus on identifying AI-enabled solutions, optimizing processes, coordinating product delivery with stakeholders and vendors, and improving data-driven decision-making.

What you will do

Identify capability gaps, operational bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities across Consumer Engagement functions.
Manage the development, enhancement, implementation, and adoption of platforms such as Cockpit, Business Performance Dashboard, CRM Dashboard, and Media Dashboard.
Translate business requirements into scalable digital products, reporting solutions, and data capabilities.
Implement automation initiatives and evaluate AI-enabled solutions that improve reporting, analysis, productivity, and decision-making.
Consolidate and analyze data across CRM, media, consumer, commercial, and campaign performance.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, technology partners, and external vendors to deliver and improve digital solutions.

Requirements

Experience in business analytics, digital solutions, business transformation, or a related area.
Ability to develop reporting frameworks, analytical models, KPI standards, and performance measurement tools.
Experience translating business requirements into scalable products, tools, or capabilities.
Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and support business and performance reviews.
Experience coordinating with business stakeholders, technology partners, and external vendors.
