Sr Analyst, IT - Supply Chain Planning Capabilities (OMP/SAP)

What you will do

• Configure, customize, optimize, and deploy OMP modules integrated with SAP ECC or S/4HANA across global business units.
• Support design, validation, system development, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment.
• Work with IT, data management, operations, global planning teams, consultants, and software vendors to maintain effective data and process flows.
• Maintain process documentation, process flows, training guides, and other materials; support change management and user training.
• Perform go-live cutover activities, including loading data from legacy systems.
• Travel domestically and internationally for up to 30% of the time.

Requirements

• 3+ years of program or service delivery experience in IT roles.
• 2+ years of hands-on OMP implementation experience focused on supply, deployment, and material planning, including DRP, MPS, DS, MRP, and MEIO.
• At least 2 years of experience with SAP ECC; S/4HANA experience is preferred.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications, troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and remediate defects.
• Strong communication, training, analytical, time management, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with culturally diverse global teams across time zones and with third-party service providers.

Nice to have

• Consumer packaged goods or FMCG experience.
• Snowflake data modeling and SQL scripting.
• Strong data interpretation, data mining, data sanitization, and rationalization skills.
