Sr Associate Software Engineer - Applied AI

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy secure, scalable LLM-powered AI agents and Custom GPTs on enterprise AI platforms.
• Build RAG pipelines grounded in trusted enterprise data, including vector search and embedding-based retrieval.
• Develop MCP-based apps, ChatGPT Skills, plugins, workspace agents, and integrations with N8N webhooks, nodes, and APIs.
• Evaluate AI models, agent frameworks, retrieval technologies, and orchestration patterns including OpenAI, Databricks, LangChain/LangGraph, and AWS AI services.
• Implement automated evaluation, regression testing, tracing, and monitoring for retrieval quality, response quality, safety, latency, and cost.
• Partner with product, data engineering, platform, DevOps, and business teams; create technical documentation and support GenAI enablement.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of professional software development and system design experience.
• 2+ years building and deploying production Generative AI applications, Assistants, or Custom GPTs, preferably with OpenAI.
• 2+ years designing cloud-native solutions, preferably with AWS, Amazon Bedrock, AWS Lambda, and Amazon EKS.
• Experience with vector databases, embedding models, RAG pipelines, secure REST integrations, API gateways, OAuth, and enterprise authentication.
• 2+ years building modern web applications with Python, TypeScript, React, and Next.js, plus automated testing, performance optimization, and CI/CD.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Automate, UiPath, Tableau, JIRA, or Smartsheet.
• Experience with agentic AI platforms and frameworks, including LangChain, AWS Bedrock, or UiPath Maestro.
• Familiarity with GxP environments, systems validation, biotech, or healthcare.
