Business Process Analyst – Managed Services (US Pharma)

Location: Remote from Colombia, Mexico, or Costa Rica

What you will do

• Perform complex rebate calculations for managed care, Medicaid, and government programs.
• Analyze monthly and quarterly utilization data and prepare accurate, client-ready deliverables.
• Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and SLA compliance across recurring production workloads.
• Support client-facing interactions by answering questions and explaining analyses.
• Collaborate with onshore US teams and internal stakeholders using calculation tools and advanced Excel.

Requirements

• US pharmaceutical industry experience is required.
• Strong experience in managed care, Medicaid, government pricing, or gross-to-net calculations.
• Proven experience handling complex rebate calculations.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Professional written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant industry experience may substitute for formal education.

Nice to have

• Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturers or consulting firms supporting US pharmaceutical clients.
• Experience with Model N or similar pricing tools.
• Prior client-facing or stakeholder-management experience.
