Global Transparency Operations Manager (Biotech)

Salary: $105,697.50–$143,002.50 annually

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day Global Transparency Program operations with a third-party managed services team.
• Coordinate U.S. Open Payments reporting, documentation updates, dispute management, investigations, and issue resolution.
• Maintain transparency reporting calendars, mailboxes, training resources, portals, standard operating procedures, FAQs, and vendor materials.
• Coordinate with local transparency teams, responsible employees, business partners, technical teams, and managed service providers.
• Support the Global Transparency roadmap, operational change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop reporting, metrics, and analytical insights to identify outliers, trends, operational risks, and compliance concerns.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree; or a master’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience; or a bachelor’s degree and 4 years; or an associate’s degree and 8 years; or a high school diploma/GED and 10 years.
• Strong understanding of global healthcare transparency requirements and reporting processes.
• Experience working effectively in a highly matrixed global environment.
• Project management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills, including interpreting complex datasets and identifying actionable insights.
• Continuous improvement mindset focused on operational excellence and scalable program solutions.
