Senior Director, Regulatory Business Operations

Salary: $148,000–$274,200 per year

What you will do

• Direct the process of identifying and obtaining licenses for new and existing businesses.
• Identify state requirements and secure information needed to fulfill filing obligations.
• Engage with state personnel and independently research regulatory environments.
• Advise new product development on regulatory requirements and concerns.
• Lead discussions on licensure, organizational structure, financial funding levels and timing, and required filings.
• Coordinate implementation plans, cross-functional responses, leadership advisement, and business licensure submissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in regulatory operations, compliance, business operations, project management, or a related area.
• Managed care and state licensing experience in a healthcare environment.
