Senior Director, Regulatory Business Operations (Healthcare)

Salary: $148,000–$274,200 per year

What you will do

• Direct the identification and acquisition of licenses for new and existing healthcare businesses.
• Research state regulatory requirements and coordinate information gathering for filing obligations.
• Engage with state personnel and advise new product development on regulatory requirements.
• Lead discussions on licensure, organizational structure, financial funding requirements, and mandatory filings.
• Assess regulatory requirements, develop mitigation strategies, and coordinate business implementation plans with finance, legal, compliance, and other support functions.
• Coordinate licensing documentation and submissions while advising senior leadership on state-level regulatory trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in regulatory operations, compliance, business operations, project management, or a related area.
• Experience with managed care and state licensing in a healthcare environment.
• Remote-MO work location requirement.
