Sr Staff Contracts Analyst (Genomics)

Location: San Diego, California, United States; hybrid with 2–3 in-office days per week and additional on-site presence as needed. Must reside in the San Diego area and be able to commute to the offices.

Base salary: $129,400–$194,000 annually, plus eligible bonus or commission, potential equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Negotiate, review, structure, and administer contracts between hirify.global and its customers.
• Support sales, service, finance, customer service, accounts receivable, revenue recognition, and other stakeholders with contract proposals and processes.
• Analyze contracts for compliance with company policies, government specifications, and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with global Contracts Analysts and Legal colleagues to maintain consistent processes, best practices, templates, and documentation.
• Represent Commercial Legal on company-wide sales-contracting projects and help identify and implement process improvements.
• Support legal software selection, implementation, administration, compliance, and privacy reporting; mentor Analysts and Senior Analysts where appropriate.

Requirements

• Typically 12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years with a Master’s degree, or 5+ years with a PhD; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational, drafting, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters, understand business objectives quickly, and work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities, cultures, and cross-functional departments including Finance and Sales.
• Must reside in the San Diego, California area and commute to the office for the required hybrid schedule.
