Associate Director, Client Services - Medical and Scientific Communications

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must reside in the country where the role is posted. Travel to stakeholders may be required up to 25% of the time.

Salary: $102,600–$285,600 annualized base pay, with potential additional incentives, bonuses, and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and nurture relationships with client stakeholders and advise on strategies for achieving brand and project outcomes.
• Manage all projects for assigned clients, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, error-free, on strategy, and compliant with relevant policies.
• Coordinate internal teams, leadership, marketing, finance, and third-party vendors on scope, timelines, quality, budgets, and deliverables.
• Lead account teams, supervise and train staff, assign work, and support performance reviews and professional development.
• Prepare and oversee statements of work, budgets, pipeline reports, addenda, terminations, and purchase order processes.
• Support client pitches, presentations, metrics, meetings, workshops, advisory boards, speaker trainings, and congresses.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in medical communications, healthcare marketing, or a scientific agency.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, business, or science.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, relationship-building ability, organization, attention to detail, and time management.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
• Residence in the United States is required for this remote opportunity; availability to travel up to 25% may be required.
