Senior Manager, Operations Support - Transformation Adoption

Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada; primary location at 1940 Argentia Rd. This is a full-time, in-person role supporting Walmart Canada stores.

Salary: $109,400–$150,480 CAD per year, based on relevant experience.

What you will do

• Analyze operational performance, key metrics, and business priorities to identify opportunities for sales, growth, and improved customer experience.
• Translate data into actionable insights for Operations Leadership, including root causes and performance drivers.
• Lead performance management routines, establish actions and accountability, and track progress.
• Partner with Operations Leadership and cross-functional teams to convert insights into operational initiatives.
• Support adoption and execution of priority transformation initiatives, ensuring changes are simple, scalable, and sustainable.
• Measure performance and adoption, identify best practices, and inform continuous improvement priorities.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong understanding of store operations and operational performance.
• Ability to analyze metrics, identify root causes, and communicate clear business insights.
• Ability to influence Operations Leadership and collaborate across functions.
