Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations - Integrity (International)

Location: Vancouver, BC or Toronto, ON, Canada

Salary: $97,000–$121,000 CAD per year, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Establish and refine strategies for payments, credit, and refund risks.
• Lead investigations into high-risk activity and analyze user behavior to identify abusive patterns.
• Design data-informed initiatives that reduce fraud costs and protect platform users.
• Partner with product, engineering, analytics, and operations teams to build strategic programs.
• Run experiments and use data-driven decision-making to reduce risk while supporting growth.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, investment banking, analytics, or a related field.
• Experience leading projects, achieving goals, and working effectively in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to work from Vancouver, BC or Toronto, ON, Canada.
