What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports covering inventory health, stock levels, turns, aging, service levels, fill rate, OTIF, and KPIs.
• Gather requirements from Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Purchasing, Accounting, FP&A, and other business stakeholders.
• Build and optimize Power BI data models, measures, relationships, and semantic reporting structures.
• Develop ETL and data transformation processes using Power Query, Microsoft Fabric, and Python.
• Integrate and analyze data from SAP and other ERP, warehouse management, supply, and demand systems.
• Maintain Power BI workspaces, access controls, deployment pipelines, governance, documentation, training, and end-user support.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in BI or reporting roles, including 2–3 years of hands-on Power BI experience.
• Strong proficiency with Power BI Desktop and Service, Power Query with M language, and data modeling.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Understanding of inventory management processes and accounting principles.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical reporting and analytics solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and data-quality skills.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric components, including Dataflows Gen2 and Lakehouse.
