ISAMI+ Structural Analysis Simulation Framework - Advanced Software Developer (C++)

Location: Getafe Area, Madrid, Spain; hybrid working model when possible.

What you will do

• Design and develop the next-generation ISAMI+ simulation platform using an advanced C++ framework.
• Build GUI, transverse services, multidisciplinary capabilities, FEM pre/postprocessing, surrogate models, and AI-enabled features.
• Implement structural analysis capabilities in the Stress Solver Repository with Modern C++ and Python.
• Automate structural analysis processes and optimize existing methods and tools for hirify.global programs.
• Define sizing and optimization methods that improve data consistency across the engineering lifecycle.
• Supervise and validate subcontracted software development activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Professional experience in software engineering or architecture, with a foundation or interest in structural and stress analysis.
• Expertise in Modern C++20 or later and Python, with strong software architecture and object-oriented programming skills.
• Familiarity with GUI frameworks such as Qt and simulation or FEA tools including ISAMI, Altair HyperWorks, or MSC Nastran.
• Advanced English proficiency is required for written and spoken communication.
• Proactive, curious, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to solve complex problems collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Experience with surrogate models, AI applied to engineering, or advanced FEM pre/postprocessing.
• Additional language proficiency.
