What you will do

• Perform inspection, operational testing, repair, overhaul, and modification of assigned aircraft components.
• Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance according to manufacturer directives and approved technical data.
• Troubleshoot aircraft components and complete testing and operational checks.
• Participate in product audits, production planning, capability studies, and workshop continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, the OEM, and management to resolve aircraft system repair and modification issues.
• Support material requisition, cross-training, technical training, HIRA exercises, housekeeping, and health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma in Aeronautical, Aerospace, or Avionics Engineering is preferred.
• Fundamental knowledge of mechanical or avionics engineering.
• Computer literacy and the ability to learn new programs and use SAP, email, and databases.
• Ability to work with stakeholders across functions and in an international, intercultural environment.
• Results-focused, proactive, flexible, cooperative, service-oriented, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and support hirify.global’s values with integrity.
