TSP Principal Engineer – Systems/Avionics

What you will do

• Deliver Systems/Avionics engineering support for Singapore Airlines/Scoot hirify.global A320 and A380 aircraft defects and long-term engineering topics.
• Oversee parking and storage maintenance, including task issuance, expiry management, and technical deviations.
• Perform defect and delay root cause analysis and coordinate technical follow-up with hirify.global headquarters and the customer.
• Support engineering analysis, action plans, technical meetings, MRO contractors, and FTM contractor performance monitoring.
• Provide technical support to CAAS, EASA, and FAA while ensuring compliance with airworthiness, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Contribute to operational and dispatch reliability, aircraft on-time performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or an aircraft maintenance license.
• At least 8 years of relevant engineering experience in an airline or MRO environment.
• Experience in a maintenance environment is strongly valued.
• Project management and continuous improvement skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and team-federation skills.
• Commitment to regulatory compliance, integrity, quality, and customer outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global A320/A380 aircraft systems and avionics.
• Experience with DOA design control systems, modification bulletins, engineering notes, and Part 21 requirements.
