TSP Senior Engineer - Fleet Health (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Support Fleet Health Lead with Fleet Watch and Health Monitoring activities for the SIA A380 fleet.
• Provide operational engineering support for the SCOOT A320 Family fleet and maintain fleet reliability in line with airworthiness requirements and hirify.global technical standards.
• Perform pre-departure checks, flight watch, recurring defect monitoring, and trend analysis using AIRMAN and SKYWISE.
• Provide MRO engineering recommendations for predictive and preventive maintenance, manage daily MRO tasks, and assess defect rectification opportunities.
• Support AOG events, critical aircraft troubleshooting, AOG reporting, and post-AOG follow-up.
• Coordinate with Materials Management, Planning, Operations, hirify.global Head Office Customer Support, and customers on critical modifications, fleet issues, projects, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or an aircraft maintenance license.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in an airline, MRO, or OEM engineering or technical role.
• Experience in a maintenance environment, project work, or continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, communication, teamwork, and stress-management skills.
• Ability to provide technical support outside office hours on a shift and duty basis and support local or overseas missions.
• Class 3/3A driver's license.
