Maintenance Representative

Location: Singapore Area; on-site presence or standby required in a shift pattern, including weekdays and weekends

What you will do

• Manage daily maintenance delivery, turnaround time, fleet dispatch reliability, and customer service obligations.
• Coordinate aircraft maintenance activities performed by MROs and act as the technical interface between hirify.global, MRO partners, customers, and airlines.
• Work with engineering, planning, spares, and materials teams to manage aircraft health, ground-time availability, defect rectification, and maintenance schedules.
• Monitor aircraft handling and movement, attend maintenance meetings and aircraft visits, support flight crews, and coordinate handovers between flight line and base maintenance.
• Perform audits, define corrective actions, ensure airworthiness compliance, and follow up on safety-related issues.
• Support aircraft delease, technical acceptance, preparation and transfer, functional check flights, process improvement, digital transformation, and Skywise platform development.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of line or base aircraft maintenance experience as a Licensed Aircraft Engineer or in a similar airline operations role.
• Experience with hirify.global aircraft variants and strong technical knowledge of hirify.global aircraft types.
• Excellent understanding of airline and MRO operational and maintenance processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, customer management, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and pragmatically in a developing environment and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in a multicultural team and follow a shift pattern with on-site presence or standby duties.
