Technician Production Operations (MedTech)

What you will do

• Perform chemical and physical property testing using pH meters, osmometers, spectrophotometry, flow cytometers, particle counters/sizers, and other laboratory techniques.
• Manufacture buffers, concentrates, and pools using standard operating procedures and simple calculations.
• Maintain accurate production records in accordance with GLP, GMP, and QSR requirements.
• Participate in continuous process improvement activities and collaborate with Production, QC, QA, Development, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Follow approved work instructions with a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher with no prior experience, or a high school diploma with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to follow approved work instructions accurately.
• Ability to undergo annual medical clearance for use of Supplied Air Respirators.
• Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment weighing up to 50 lb.

Nice to have

• Laboratory experience, especially in an FDA- or ISO-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in highly regulated environments with stringent PPE requirements.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and email.
