Industrial Maintenance Technician - Electrical (Night Shift)

Location: Deland, Florida, United States; on-site. Night shift runs Sunday night through Friday morning, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with overtime as needed.

Salary: $28–$35 per hour, plus an additional $1.50 per hour night-shift differential.

What you will do

• Perform electrical repairs and installations according to engineering and equipment manufacturer specifications.
• Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance on industrial equipment, including PLC and CNC machines.
• Interface with operators to maintain production equipment readiness and performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least one year of related journeyman-level work experience.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance concepts.
• Knowledge of single- and three-phase industrial electricity and power distribution.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, push, and pull for at least eight hours per day and lift or carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Experience working with steel microfibers.
• Experience with CNC, PLC, and low-voltage controls.
• Technical certificate, apprenticeship, or military-equivalent training.
