Maintenance Shift Technician - 12-Hour Night Shift (Electrical & Mechanical)

Location: 870 Anderson Blvd, Greenfield, IN 46140, USA; onsite, 12-hour night shift from 6 PM to 6 AM on a 2-2-3 schedule

Salary: $31.38–$38.98 per hour, plus a $2.00 per hour shift differential

What you will do

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures using meters, electrical prints, and schematics.
• Repair and maintain 480V electrical systems, motors, switches, drives, sensors, and control panels.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and restore production; PLC programming is not required.
• Perform planned and predictive maintenance on conveyor systems, pneumatic tools, and production machinery.
• Complete wiring and repairs in accordance with Arc Flash safety and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience with strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience troubleshooting 480V electrical systems and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Experience with motors, drives, sensors, and control panels.
• Knowledge of Arc Flash safety and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; final candidates must complete a background check and drug screening.
