What you will do

• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with scientific experts, opinion leaders, and cooperative study groups.
• Communicate scientific value messages, clinical outcomes, and patient benefits to external experts.
• Lead medical projects, evidence-generation activities, publications, advisory boards, expert panels, and major medical events.
• Identify research opportunities and support Investigator Sponsored Studies, hirify.global-sponsored trials, and local clinical trial operations.
• Provide field insights and contribute to local medical and brand strategy with cross-functional colleagues.
• Deliver therapeutic-area and product training for internal stakeholders and support congress engagement.

Requirements

• Degree in life sciences or a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or proven industry collaboration in academia.
• Experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, or a related field.
• Knowledge of immunology, inflammation, dermatology, or related therapeutic areas.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, teamwork, and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree, PhD, MD, or PharmD.
• Experience with immunology, inflammation, dermatology, or rheumatology products.
• Experience managing or conducting medical and scientific studies.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical development, product lifecycle, commercialization, clinical research, medical writing, and KOL management.
• Established customer contacts in immunology, inflammation, dermatology, or rheumatology.
