Night Site Supervisor

Location: Detroit, MI, United States. Full-time, Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 PM–6:00 AM. Some travel may be required.

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate nightly activities within the assigned program and perform employee duties as needed.
• Train, supervise, instruct, and evaluate employees on tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct quality, service, safety, sanitation, and OSHA compliance inspections.
• Prepare pass-down, weekly, and monthly reports and maintain training, inspection, attendance, and metrics records.
• Track equipment maintenance, repairs, and inventory, as well as supplies and stock levels.
• Address customer and employee issues, correct at-risk behavior, and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of database, internet, spreadsheet, and word-processing software.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, training, coaching, problem-solving, presentation, and time-management skills.
• Ability to understand safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, and to write routine reports.
• Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds. A valid driver’s license or forklift certification may be required.

• Spanish bilingual skills.
• Forklift and pallet-jack experience.
