AVP Banking Center Manager (Branch Manager)

What you will do

• Manage, supervise, interview, hire, train, and coach banking center staff.
• Lead daily activities focused on relationship building, client retention, business growth, referrals, account opening, and lending.
• Build professional relationships with customers and resolve client concerns.
• Manage daily banking center operations, including transactions, lobby management, security, audits, internal controls, and risk management.
• Engage with the local community to support business development, brand recognition, and recruitment.
• Communicate with banking center associates, regional leadership, peers, and business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of retail client service and/or business development experience.
• Experience managing, leading, and coaching professionals, with demonstrated achievement of business growth goals and financial targets.
• Comprehensive knowledge of retail banking products, services, regulations, and operational standards.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• NMLS registration or successful completion of the NMLS process within 30 days of hire.
