SAP Customs & Logistic Project Manager (SAP)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid working model with onsite and offsite work

What you will do

• Manage the full project life cycle from concept definition through entry into service, including training and change management.
• Represent customs needs from multiple countries through an internal network of customs experts.
• Act as a data expert in logistics and customs transformation and improvement projects.
• Define project scope, planning, and budget requests.
• Lead or participate in multifunctional teams across Customs, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, and IT.
• Support IT with solution definition and validation while maintaining the stability, reliability, quality, and performance of customs processes and systems.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in logistics projects integrated with IT departments.
• Basic SAP IT knowledge, including the ABAP Workbench and SAP interfaces.
• Functional knowledge of inbound and outbound flows, master data, and inventory in SAP SD/MM.
• Strong knowledge of project management and project methodologies.
• Ability to communicate, convince, and motivate colleagues in an international and multicultural environment.
• Autonomous, collaborative, integrity-driven, and accountable approach with an interest in continuous learning.

Nice to have

• Experience in customs.
• Knowledge of SAP GTS.
