Senior Program Systems Integration Engineer (MILSATCOM)

Location: Onsite in a secure facility in El Segundo, California, United States. U.S. citizenship is required.

Salary: $135,000–$201,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and implement integration strategies for ground, space, crypto, terminal, subsystem, and component segments.
• Analyze system requirements and manage technical baselines across stakeholders.
• Apply digital engineering methods and modeling strategies, including digital twins, to integration and test activities.
• Lead government and contractor working groups, technical discussions, briefings, action tracking, and meeting minutes.
• Assess technical baseline changes, integration risks, interdependencies, schedule conflicts, and alternative solutions.
• Review contractor documents, support major technical reviews, and advise U.S. Space Force stakeholders on courses of action.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, computer science, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in systems engineering.
• Experience with requirements management, technical baseline development, test planning, integration, verification, and validation.
• Experience developing or managing requirements specifications or Interface Control Documents for complex systems.
• Strong interpersonal, written, verbal communication, and presentation skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Current Secret clearance, ability to obtain Top Secret clearance, and U.S. citizenship required.

Nice to have

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Master’s degree in a related technical field.
• MILSATCOM program experience, including AEHF, PTS, EPS, WGS, or FAB-T terminal programs.
• Experience with military personnel, DoD civilians, ground and space systems, Agile development, Jira, or Confluence.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or INCOSE certifications.
