Salesforce API / Solutions Architect (MuleSoft)

What you will do

• Act as the technical subject matter expert on Salesforce engagements and projects.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions and document feasibility, risks, and technical designs.
• Lead requirements definition and solution design phases, including architecture landscape analysis and future-state recommendations.
• Lead resources through development, testing, and deployment while managing delivery plans and level-of-effort estimates.
• Design and deliver secure MuleSoft APIs using OpenAPI v3, API-led connectivity, and experience-process-system architecture.
• Support sales efforts, client presentations, marketing events, thought leadership, and cross-team communication.

Requirements

• At least seven years of professional technical experience architecting and delivering solutions, including at least three years of MuleSoft API development.
• Active MuleSoft Certified Developer certification.
• Experience delivering at least three Salesforce projects across the full SDLC, from discovery and requirements analysis through maintenance.
• Expert Salesforce development and configuration experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Flow, Process Builder, workflows, triggers, security controls, APIs, SOSL, SOQL, and REST.
• Experience designing enterprise Salesforce architectures, integrating business systems, and supporting single-org deployments and multi-org consolidations.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to pass a Federal Government background investigation are required.

Nice to have

• Active MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect certification.
• Experience with MuleSoft Government Cloud, CloudHub configuration, and secure HTTPS API connectivity.
• Experience overseeing CRM software solution development and implementation.
• Enterprise implementation experience with multiple work streams and strong client-facing communication skills.
