Salesforce Solution Architect (Service Cloud)

What you will do

• Partner with business teams to analyze complex processes, define functional requirements, and design scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Architect and implement Service Cloud and Field Service solutions to optimize case resolution and field workforce productivity.
• Design custom automation using Flows, Apex, and triggers to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with business, sales operations, QA, and IT teams to ensure maintainable and high-performing capabilities.
• Manage end-to-end delivery, including technical design, development, unit testing, UAT support, and release coordination.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Pune, India (Hybrid role).
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce development including Apex, LWC, and SOQL.
• Proven experience in technical architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns.
• Strong business systems analysis skills, including requirement gathering and stakeholder alignment.
• Excellent communication skills for documenting solutions and providing leadership updates.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
• Experience with Field Service Consultant or Application/System Architect credentials.
