TL;DR
Salesforce Integration Architect (Salesforce/MuleSoft): Designing and governing scalable, secure, and reusable integrations connecting Salesforce with enterprise and external systems with an accent on API-led connectivity, middleware, event-driven messaging, and data transformation. Focus on defining enterprise integration architectures, leading client discovery and trade-off discussions, and ensuring reliable delivery through security, CI/CD, and architectural governance.
Location: Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina, or Sao Paulo, Brazil. Hybrid work combines work from home with on-site presence at client or offices for the majority of the week. Client-facing travel is required as business needs dictate.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end integration architecture for Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds and enterprise systems.
- Architect and govern integrations using MuleSoft, iPaaS platforms, REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven messaging, and ETL tools.
- Define API-led connectivity, synchronous and asynchronous messaging, data transformation, orchestration, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Collaborate with Salesforce architects and developers to align integrations with data models, security, automation, and platform best practices.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and client discussions on integration strategy, middleware selection, architectural trade-offs, and solution design.
- Own architecture documentation, environment strategy, CI/CD and release approaches, risk mitigation, design reviews, and developer mentoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce and/or enterprise integration architecture.
- Experience as an Integration Architect or Technical Lead on complex programs and with enterprise-scale integration architectures.
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform or similar middleware/iPaaS solutions, Salesforce APIs, event-driven capabilities, and integration patterns.
- Experience with REST/SOAP, OAuth 2.0, JWT, message queues, data transformation, Salesforce data models, security, and automation.
- Fluency in English and the ability to work in a client-facing consulting model are required.
Nice to have
- MuleSoft certifications, such as MuleSoft Developer or Integration Architect.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator, Platform Developer, or Integration Architecture Designer.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
