What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
• Define and document current-state and future-state architectures, technical specifications, build plans, release strategies, and platform roadmaps.
• Track the enterprise portfolio and guide project teams in applying consistent Salesforce architecture, standards, and governance.
• Manage integrations with upstream and downstream systems, third-party services, and AppExchange solutions while maintaining data governance.
• Mentor developers, provide technical support and quality assurance, and resolve complex technical issues throughout project delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Salesforce developer or architect experience.
• Experience with Salesforce development concepts including flows, Apex, triggers, web services, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with database design, middleware, user interface development, third-party integrations, and Salesforce tools.
• Proficiency with REST and SOAP web services, SQL, XML, JSON, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with DevOps practices, modern development frameworks, Lightning Component Framework, and Salesforce Lightning Design System.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Admin, Senior Admin, Developer, Platform, or Application Architect certifications.
• Experience with popular AppExchange offerings and equivalent development frameworks or libraries.
