Salesforce Technical Architect (Salesforce): Designing and governing scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds and integrated systems with an accent on data architecture, security, integrations, and release strategy. Focus on leading technical discovery, translating client requirements into end-to-end designs, and guiding delivery teams through complex migrations and implementations.
Location: Hybrid in Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina, or Sao Paulo, Brazil. Client-facing work includes travel as required.

What you will do
- Lead technical architecture and solution design for Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds and integrated systems.
- Own application design, data models, security, integrations, environments, and release strategies.
- Lead client discovery sessions and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Design and govern implementations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Visualforce, APIs, and Salesforce configuration.
- Architect data migrations and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL, and iPaaS tools.
- Review technical designs and code, manage risks, support pre-sales, and mentor Salesforce developers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Salesforce experience or equivalent enterprise CRM development experience.
- Experience serving as a technical lead or architect on Salesforce implementations.
- Advanced Salesforce certifications are strongly preferred, including Administrator, Platform Developer I and II or JavaScript Developer I, App Builder, and relevant cloud certifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
