What you will do

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops across IT, security, and application teams to identify IAM requirements, dependencies, and pain points.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, process flows, and solution design diagrams.
• Maintain requirements traceability and partner with architects and consultants throughout implementation.
• Provide functional oversight during build activities, resolve requirement variances, and advise QA on acceptance criteria.
• Support change management, user training documentation, go-live hypercare, and the final hand-off to customer and account teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, analysis, and enterprise project or program delivery.
• Willingness and aptitude to learn identity and access management concepts, principles, and best practices.
• Ability to evaluate system feasibility and make data-backed recommendations on security posture, identity lifecycle efficiency, and scalability.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical specifications to non-technical stakeholders and building consensus.
• Attention to detail, organizational discipline, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple client projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Okta WIC/CIC and Auth0 platforms, including integrations.
• Okta Certified Professional, Administrator, or Consultant certification, or CBAP certification.
• Familiarity with AI-driven documentation tools for scoping and requirements gathering.
